01
Parties and service
SyNET Web Solutions gives the customer named in the service order access to Nevi: questions over its approved sources, consented contact capture, handoff to a person and the actions expressly enabled.
The brand, domains, users and authorized channels are listed in the order. The customer appoints its administrators and keeps its sources accurate and authorized.
02
Price and billing cycle
The price, billing cycle, included AI usage, applicable taxes and bank details are set in the service order before signing.
The first payment is a manual ACH transfer and only SyNET confirms the actual bank deposit. Each payment carries a unique reference.
There are no automatic charges, automatic top-ups or carry-over of unused AI balance.
03
Renewal and grace period
An early renewal starts when the current cycle ends. A three-day grace period keeps only the remaining balance.
When the balance runs out, new executions are blocked. When the grace period ends, new work is not admitted until the next payment is confirmed.
Suspension does not promise to cancel or reverse effects already admitted. Pending executions are reconciled.
04
Use and limits
The customer obtains consent from its contacts, configures access and reviews the actions that need approval.
It must not send passwords, payment secrets or sensitive data in the chat.
Nevi can be wrong: citations verify where an answer comes from but do not guarantee that a decision is correct. Medical diagnosis and regulated decisions are not part of the service.
05
Integrations
Only authorized and verified providers are enabled. Their licenses, quotas and costs are agreed before activation.
If a failure leaves an unknown effect, it is reconciled by hand. Exactly-once delivery in third-party systems is not promised and an uncertain effect is never repeated automatically.
06
Data and rights
The customer keeps ownership of its documents and data. The data processing agreement (DPA) sets instructions, purposes, providers, transfers, retention, security and handling of rights.
SyNET does not use one customer's content as a corpus shared with other companies.
07
Support and continuity
Only the environment, hours and objectives signed in the service annex apply.
The initial offer runs on the infrastructure deployed today and does not include an SLA, guaranteed availability or 24/7 support. The staging environment has no SLA.
08
Termination
The parties set the effective date and how import, export and deletion are handled in the order.
The customer may request an authorized export before closing. Only necessary obligations and references are kept; backups expire as set in the DPA and deletions are reapplied.
This document summarizes the commercial terms of the initial offer and does not replace the signed service order, which prevails. If you have questions, write to us.
